Q: What problem did you face before using iDCmini?
A: There are two main issues in regards to the cooling system:
High temperature: the office could reach 40°C in the weekend. We used a temporary cooling machine as a solution but it leaded to water leakage and heat backflow issue.
High cost of 7×24 chilled water: we had checked the cost of applying 24-hour cooling with property management office, the installation fee and monthly cost were just too high.
Therefore, we are very satisfied with how iDCmini solves both heat problem and 7×24 cooling at the same time. And most importantly, the payback period of iDCmini is just a few months!
